Your main responsibilities

• E-Banking / UC eBanking prime
• Posting of daily bank statements for various clients
• Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments
• Cash flow planning (pre-financing of sea freight, etc.)
• Daily liquidity report to management
• Payment of various taxes / tax authorities
• International payments – multiple currencies
• Posting of all accounts receivable / payable
• Account management / Monitoring of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounts
• Maintenance of master data
• Preparation of monthly revenue reports
• Preparation of commission credit notes according to agreements with carriers
• Creation of freight statements / database
• Preparation of year-end closing work / collaboration with tax consultants
• Administrative tasks
• Monitoring and control of working time accounts
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
