Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct day post fixture activities
- Provide Vessel Updates to all Stakeholders
- Preparation of Booking Notes
- Prepare Invoicing
- Prepare overview of Costs for all Fixtures
- Prepare and maintain appropiate system of records
- Assisting with coordination and checking of demurrage, freight and BAF calculations and invoicing
- Possibility to also grow into a dual position with part focus on commercial activities (Brokerage)
Your profile:
- min 1 years experience in MPP preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read, check, analyze and interpret various documents related to cargo operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work after hours, weekends and holidays – occasionally –
