When you visit our website, we log the following data transmitted by your browser:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code

- Language and version of the browser software
The data is also stored in the log files of our system.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and log files is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the presentation of the website on the user’s device. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. Logging is carried out to identify and prevent abusive use.
No merging of the stored data with other data sources takes place.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For data collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session ends.
The server logs are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted.
Collecting data to provide the website and storing data in log files is absolutely necessary for operating the website. The user therefore has no right to object.
Your Rights
Right of Access
You have the right to obtain free information about your stored data. Upon request, we will inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable law, which personal data concerning you we have stored. This also includes the origin and recipients of your data as well as the purpose of processing.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to have incorrect data stored by us corrected. In this context, you may also request restriction of processing, e.g., if you contest the accuracy of your personal data.
Right to Restriction (Blocking)
You can also request that your data be blocked. To ensure that the blocking can be observed at any time, your data must be kept in a block list for control purposes.
Right to Erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data to the extent that no statutory retention obligations exist. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request. If the relevant legal conditions are met, we will delete your personal data even without a corresponding request from you.
Right to Data Portability
You are entitled to request that we provide the personal data you have transmitted to us in a format that allows transmission to another controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw a previously granted consent for the use of your data at any time with effect for the future. To do so, sending an email to datenschutz@coli-group.com is sufficient. Such a withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. This also does not affect processing based on other legal grounds, such as contract initiation (see above).
Right to Object
If we process your personal data based on a balancing of interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing under Art. 21(1) GDPR. The processing will then be stopped unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, it will be stopped immediately in accordance with Art. 21(2) GDPR.
Information on Data Security
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure on our website, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128‑bit technology instead. You can recognize whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
